Provide leadership to a team of Billing Clerks within the Corporate Billing department. Assist Billing Operations Manager with designing procedures, policies and systems to maximize efficiency and accuracy department work. Responsible to ensure the team meets goals and standards for all assigned work; monitors performance of staff; and is a resource for billing clerks, providers and patients.

Education: High School Diploma required; Associates Degree preferred.
Experience: Two years of previous supervisory experience required.
Licenses/Certificates/Registration: None.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Skills in quality management, people management, customer service, productivity management, oral and written communication, and business software appreciations required. Desired skills: health care business tools; CDT, CPT and ICD.
