We are looking for a Program Coordinator II who will oversee multiple positions within our Northwest Community Action Department, develop and oversee program budget(s) and program delivery accountability to meet desired outcomes.

If you have experience coordinating programs, ensuring goals and objectives are accomplished within timeframes, and are seeking a challenging yet rewarding role- then we want to talk to you!

What's required?

  • Bachelors degree in Social Work, Education, Business Administration or related field (or at least 4 years of equivalent experience in a comparable field may be substituted).
  • Three years coordinating programs.
  • Drivers License and auto liability insurance.

  • Ability to work independently.
  • Experience working with culturally diverse populations.
  • Strong communicator orally and written.
  • Ability to read and interpret program regulations.
  • Someone with knowledge of human service programs and the ability to develop effective working relationships with social service providers and partners.


We serve more than 166,000 patients across 24 medical clinics, 13 dental clinics, 8 pharmacies, and 57 program sites in two states. We are Level 3 Certified as a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). With integrated services including medical, dental, pharmacy, orthodontia, primary care nutritional counseling, autism screening, and primary care behavioral health, YVFWC's patient-centered model of care offers patients the full spectrum of care and shelter assistance, energy assistance, weatherization, HIV and AIDS counseling and testing, home visits, and four mobile medical/dental clinics.
