This person will be responsible for the overall maintenance of the job site, its materials, the warehouse area and power tools, and the installation of glass at job site.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED.
  • Experience: One year experience installing roll installation into wall cavities on the exterior of houses; one year experience using fiberglass or cellulose insulation products in attics, walls, and floors; experience installing foundation vents, storm windows, glazing of existing windows, exterior caulking, vapor barrier, and roofing material; and experience working with power tools.
  • Licenses/Certificates/Registration: Current Washington State driver's license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverage.
  • Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required: Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred. A passing score of 9 on the ALTA exam is required for bilingual differential pay. Ability to read a tape measure; knowledge of inventory and compilation items; ability to perform tests on homes using advanced technical equipment (manometer, blower door, carbon monoxide testing equipment); and the ability to work well with others.
